Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha (ARK) and meet your safari guide.
Begin the drive to Tarangire National Park (about 2-3 hours).
Afternoon:
Enjoy a half-day game drive in Tarangire.
Known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire also has a variety of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, zebras, and various bird species.
Evening:
Overnight stay at a lodge or tented camp near the park.
Morning:
Early breakfast and drive to Ngorongoro Crater (around 3-4 hours).
Afternoon:
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive.
The crater is a UNESCO World Heritage site, home to a wide range of wildlife like rhinos, lions, elephants, buffaloes, and many others.
You can also spot flamingos at the crater’s soda lake and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Evening:
Overnight stay at a lodge or camp on the crater rim.
Morning:
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park (around 4-5 hours).
Afternoon:
Arrive in Serengeti and enjoy a late afternoon game drive.
Serengeti is world-famous for its annual wildebeest migration, and it’s home to the "Big Five" (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino).
Evening:
Overnight stay at a lodge or camp in Serengeti.
Morning & Afternoon:
Full day of game drives in Serengeti.
You can explore different areas of the park depending on the time of year (the migration may influence your route).
Early morning and late afternoon drives are the best times to see predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards.
Evening:
If time allows, you can catch the last light of the day before returning to your accommodation.
Depending on your flight schedule, you may either stay another night in Serengeti or head back to Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure.
